The Town Council Budget Work Session will be held in the Council Chambers at Black Mountain Town Hall, 160 Midland Ave. The purpose of these budget work sessions are to allow Council and staff to discuss the upcoming Fiscal Year 2026-27 Town Budget. All meetings are open to the public.
